(collectively the "Defendants"), addresses unknown, will take notice that on August 14, 2019, the Plaintiffs, filed their Complaint to Quiet Title to Real Estate in Case No. CV2019-08-1615, in the Court of Common Pleas of Butler County, Ohio, seeking title in the real property located on Oakhill Drive, Oxford, Ohio 45056, Permanent Parcel No. H3620049000005, containing approximately .2259 acres ("Real Estate"), to be quieted in the name of the Plaintiffs. Plaintiffs allege that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiffs Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
