Defendants Judge Powers Case No. CV2019-11-2266 LEGAL NOTICE Defendants, Hawthorne Taylor, Sr., and Thereasa Taylor, whose place of residence in unknown and whose last known address is 914 Sanders Drive, Hamilton, Ohio 45013 and who cannot be served within the State of Ohio, will take notice that on November 7, 2019, First Financial Bank filed a Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No. CV2019-11-2266, Butler County, Ohio alleging that Defendants, Hawthorne Taylor, Sr. and Thereasa Taylor, have or may have an interest in the following described premises: Permanent Parcel No.: P6411-052.000-009 Property Address: 914 Sanders Drive, Hamilton, Ohio 45013 The plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the note according to it tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute. The Plaintiff demands that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer within twenty­eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever banned from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens and the sale of said real estate and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiffs claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
