Alcorn, whose last known address is 9620 Union Park, West Chester, Ohio 45069: you will hereby take notice that you have been named Defendants in a foreclosure case which was filed December 14, 2021 by Plaintiff The Village at the Streets of West Chester Townhouse Lot Association, Inc., being Case Number CV 2021 12 1876 in said Court, praying for judgment in the amount of $4,307.50 for assessments and late fees due and owing through November 12, 2021, plus $636.50 semi-annually beginning January 1, 2022 for additional continuing assessments, plus $50.00 per month for late fees on future assessments not paid when due, plus the sum of $350.00 for the filing of the lien against the Property and costs incurred herein plus all other reasonable attorney fees until paid in full or the Property is sold. Additional amounts due include the Property's share of common expenses, plus all reasonable collection expenses including costs and reasonable attorney's fees and paralegal fees until paid in full or the Property located at 9620 Union Park, West Chester, Ohio 45069 is sold. A copy of the legal description is attached hereto as Exhibit "A". That the Defendants Roger S. Alcorn and Kelly A.
