Woody, aka, Shelby Jean Woody, Deceased, whose Identities and Addresses are Unknown, will take notice that on September 24, 2019, Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Champion Mortgage of Ohio, filed its Amended Complaint in Case Number 19CV0411, Clark County, Ohio, alleging that the defendants, John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Shelby J. Woody, aka, Shelby Jean Woody, Deceased, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: PREMISES COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 974 WEINLAND DRIVE NEW CARLISLE, OHIO 45344 PERMANENNT PARCEL NUMBER: 0100500031204020 The plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute. The plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
