The subject real estate is described as follows: Situate in the City of Fairborn, County of Greene, State of Ohio and being lot number Two of the Baudet Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 28, now known as Plat Cabinet 31, Page 371B, of the Plat Records of Greene County, Ohio. The real property at issue is commonly known as 1854 Colonel Glenn Highway, Fairborn, Ohio, 45324; Parcel ID: A02000200160049200. Defendants, Jennifer P. Everett, Margaret E. Martin, and the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Executors, Administrators or Assigns of Margaret P.
