Ritchie, whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on June 19, 2019, the Plaintiff, CitiBank, N.A., as Trustee for the Chase Funding Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2002-2, filed its Complaint in Case No. 2019 CV 02866, in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 7031 Klyemore Dr, Huber Heights, OH 45424, Permanent Parcel No. P70 01709 0059, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendant, has or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The Defendant, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Phyllis J. Ritchie are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
