LEGAL NOTICE The Defendant, FLAMG Mortgage, Inc. successor by merger to MG Investments, Inc., whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on January 21, 2020, the Plaintiff, CitiMortgage, Inc, filed its In Rem Complaint Seeking Declaratory Judgment in Case No. 2020 CV 00288, in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Ohio, seeking a Declaratory Judgment regarding its mortgage interest in the real property located at 746 Ferguson Avenue, Dayton, OH 45407, Permanent Parcel No. R72-07609-0021,("Real Estate"), and alleged that the above named Defendant has or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The Defendant, FLAMG Mortgage, Inc. successor by merger to MG Investments, Inc. is required to answer the Plaintiff's In Rem Complaint Seeking Declaratory Judgment within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
