Elliott, whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on August 31, 2020, the Plaintiff, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Mortgage Products, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-NC2, filed its Complaint in Case No. 2020 CV 03379, in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 803 West Martindale Road, Englewood, OH 45322, Permanent Parcel No. M58 00303 0058,("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendant, has or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The Defendant, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Margarett J.
