Magnone, Esq., counsel for Plaintiff Christopher Varvel, and hereby gives notice that after exercising reasonable diligence to ascertain the residence of Defendant Jessica R. Steinkruger by using various electronic sources/databases and attempting service upon all known possible addresses for the Defendant, service of summons cannot be made upon Defendant Jessica R. Steinkruger. Therefore, pursuant to Ohio Civ. R. 4.4, notice is hereby given that service of process in the above-styled case shall be made by publication as follows: 2022 CV 03512- Christopher Varvel, Plaintiff vs. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, et al., Defendants. Jessica Steinkruger, whose last known address is 1344 Saint Adalbert Ave., Dayton, OH 45404, but whose current address is unknown, is hereby notified that a Complaint was filed in the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court, 41 N. Perry St., Dayton, OH 45422, alleging that on or about August 11, 2020, at National Road and Dog Leg Road, in the City of Vandalia, Montgomery County, Ohio, Jessica Steinkruger struck a vehicle being operated by Christopher Varvel and that Christopher Varvel suffered personal injuries, medical expenses, and lost wages as a result. Wherefore, Christopher Varvel demands judgment against Jessica Steinkruger for an amount in excess of $25,000, plus costs, interest, damages, attorney fees and any other relief that the Court deems just and equitable.
