Jennings deceased, if any, who's name, residences are unknown, and whose last known residences are unknown, will take notice that on the 18th day of March, 2020, a Complaint to Determine Heirship / Complaint to Sell Real Estate was filed in the Estate of Mary E. Jennings in the Probate Court of Montgomery County. The Administrator of the Estate of Mary E. Jennings Case No. 2019 EST 00735 has named Parties Unknown, Unknown Heirs-at-Law, Next of Kin, Devises, and Legatees of Mary E. Jennings deceased, their Executors and Administrators, Custodians, Assigns, or Guardians, Unknown Executors, Administrators, Guardians, or Assigns, or Heirs-at-Law, Next of Kin, Devises, and Legates of any Heirs-at Law, Devisees and Legatees of Mary E. Jennings deceased, as a defendant in the Complaint to determine heirship and sell her real estate. The object of the complaints are to determine the heirs of Mary E. Jennings and to sell her real estate, who died intestate on November 1st, 2011. The relief demanded is an order determining that the Parties Unknown, Unknown Heirs-at-Law, Next of Kin, Devises, and Legatees of Mary E. Jennings deceased, their Executors and Administrators, Custodians, Assigns, or Guardians, Unknown Executors, Administrators, Guardians, or Assigns, or Heirs-at-Law, Next of Kin, Devises, and Legates of any Heirs-at Law, Devisees and Legatees of Mary E. Jennings deceased, do not exist, and that they have no interest in the real estate located at 2583 Dunhill Place Dayton, Ohio as further described in the complaint. The defendant, Parties Unknown, Unknown Heirs-at-Law, Next of Kin, Devises, and Legatees of Mary E. Jennings deceased, their Executors and Administrators, Custodians, Assigns, or Guardians, Unknown Executors, Administrators, Guardians, or Assigns, or Heirs-at-Law, Next of Kin, Devises, and Legates of any Heirs-at Law, Devisees and Legatees of Mary E. Jennings deceased, if any, of Mary E. Jennings, are required to answer the Complaint stating their interest in the probate estate and real estate within 28 days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 25th day of May, 2020. In the case of failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated a judgment by default will be rendered as demanded in the Complaint.
