CASE NO. 22CV95478 JUDGE NOTICE BY PUBLICATION To The Unknown Heirs, Executors, Devisees, and Assignees of Jacob Klotz, whose addresses are unknown, you are hereby notified that you have been named Defendants in a legal action entitled Girl Scouts of Western Ohio, Successor in Interest to Cincinnati and Hamilton County Council of Girl Scouts Inc, an Ohio Non-Profit Corporation, Plaintiff vs. Unknown Heirs; Executors, Devisees, and Assignees of Jacob Klotz, et al., Defendants. This action has been assigned case number 22CV95478 and is pending the Court of Common Pleas of Warren County, Ohio. The object of the complaint is a quiet title action to recover property, as more particularly described in said Complaint. You are required to answer the complaint within 28 days after the last publication of this notice which will be published once a week for six successive weeks. The last publication will be made on November 13th, 2022 and the 28 days for answer will commence on that date.
