MARIAN EVELYN BRAY, et al., Defendants Case No. 22CV095351 Judge Timothy Tepe Magistrate Markus Moll LEGAL NOTICE PURSUANT TO OHIO CIV. R. 4.4 Deerfield Township, Warren County, Ohio (the "Township") filed a First Amended, Complaint for Declaratory Judgment, Injunction, and Civil Fines (the "Complaint") in the Warren County Common Pleas Court (located at 500 Justice Drive, Lebanon, Ohio 45036) against Defendants Marian Bray; Shawn Bray; and John and Jane Doe, their unknown heirs, legatees, next of kin, and descendants of Marian Bray, and their Unknown Spouses. The Complaint initiated the above-captioned case. The Complaint seeks to remedy zoning violations related to junk motor vehicles located on the exterior of residential property with an address of 3896 Townsley Drive, Loveland, Ohio 45140 (owned by Defendant Marian Bray and in which all name Defendants may claim an interest). The demand for relief in the Complaint is as follows: (i) declare Defendant Marian Bray in violation of Deerfield Township Zoning Resolution 4.02(C); (ii) permanently enjoin Defendant Marian Bray from maintaining junk motor vehicles in plain sight on the subject property; and (iii) award the Township civil fines against Defendant Marian Bray of $500 per day on which the subject property is found to be in violation of the Zoning Resolution. This notice shall be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks beginning on November 27, 2022.
