Elm Street Dayton, OH 45449, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Tenant(s), and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Tenant(s), will take notice that on the 28th day of August, 2018, Carolyn Rice, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed her Complaint in Case No. 2018 CV 4021, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Leeanna K. Collins. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. K48 00221 0001. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 24th day of January, 2018 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
