RD., MORROW, OH 45152, JANE/JAMES DOE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHEILA MARLENE BOWMAN, WHOSE LAST KNOWN ADDRESS IS 1168 LAKE MEADOW CT., LEBANON, OH 45036, AND JOHN DOE, UNKNOWN TENANT, 464 LEBANON RD., SOUTH LEBANON, OH 45065, will take notice that on the 3rd day of June, 2019, Barney Wright, Treasurer of Warren County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Warren County, Ohio, at 500 Justice Drive, Lebanon, Ohio, 45036, in Case No. 19CV92305 on the docket of said Court, demanding judgment in the amount of $4,796.14, plus accrued taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest and court costs; and, Plaintiff is seeking an order of foreclosure against the following described real estate: Sidwell No. 12-01-206-040 Account No. 6806805 Situate, lying and being in Section 1, Town 4, Range 3, Union Township, in the Village of South Lebanon, Warren County, Ohio and being a portion of the property conveyed to Leona Ertel by deed as recorded in OR 066, Page 238 and OR 764, Page 751, Warren County Recorder's Office, being all of Lot 12, part of Lot 13 of McBumey Addition to Village of South Lebanon, Ohio, P.B. 2, Pg. 109 and part of .03 acres, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at northwesterly comer of Lot 12 of the McBumey Addition to the Village of South Lebanon as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 109, Warren County Recorder's Office, thence N. 5 deg 55' 00" E. along the easterly line of Old State Route 48, and the westerly line of Lot 13, a distance of 10.00 feet; thence S. 84 deg. 10' 00" E. a distance of 146.87 feet; thence S. 06 deg. 20' 00" W. a distance of 10.00 feet; thence N. 84 deg. 10' 00" W. a distance of 46.79 feet to the northeasterly corner of said Lot 12; thence S. 05 deg. 55' 00" W. a distance of 50.00 feet; thence N. 84 deg. 10' 00" W. along the southerly line of said Lot 12 a distance of 100.00 feet to the said easterly line of Old State Route 48; thence N. 05 deg. 55' 00" E. a distance of 50.00 feet to the Place of Beginning and containing 0.1485 acres of land.
