Legal Notice Abby Lingo, whose last known address was 323 East Elm Street, Bradford, Ohio 45308 and 745 Elmhurst Road, Dayton, Ohio 45417, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Abby Lingo and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Abby Lingo, Unknown Spouse of Abby Lingo, whose last known address was unknown, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Spouse of Abby Lingo and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Spouse of Abby lingo, will take notice that on the 19th April 2022, John McManus, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2022 CV 1737, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Abby Lingo. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. R72 12909 0011, 0069. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 6th day of November, 2022 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
