Thomas, deceased, Unknown Tenants, whose last known address was 1622 Chapel Street, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Tenants and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Tenants, will take notice that on the 3rd October, 2022, John McManus, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2022 CV 4498, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Andrea R. Thomas aka Andrea R. Thomas, deceased. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. R72 05306 0060. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 2nd day of April, 2023 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
