Perry aka Layne Perry will take notice that on 1/17/2023, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. filed an Answer and Cross Claim against said Defendant, in the Common Pleas Court of Butler County Ohio 315 High Street, Suite 550 Hamilton, Ohio 45011-6016, Case No. CV 2023 01 0091. The object and demand for relief in the Cross claim was to seek damages incurred by Cross Claimant Harold F. Perry as a result of this action and a judgment against him foreclosure on the real estate located at 4 71 Symmes Road, Fairfield, Ohio 45014. Defendant Harold F. Perry quit claimed his interest in the real estate and pursuant to a Divorce Decree Defendant Layne Perry was to indemnify him as to the mortgage and note the subject of the foreclosure action.
