Legal Notice Covenant Partners International Churches of God, Inc., whose last known address was unknown, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Covenant Partners International Churches of God, Inc. and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Covenant Partners International Churches of God, Inc., Unknown Tenant, whose last known address was unknown, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Tenant and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Tenant will take notice that on the February 17, 2022, John McManus, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2022 CV 689, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Covenant Partners International Churches of God, Inc. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. R72 06803 0019 and R72 06803 0020. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 17th day of July, 2022 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
