Main Street Dayton, Ohio 45415, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Diablo Canyon Holdings, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Diablo Canyon Holdings; Unknown Tenant(s), whose last known address was 580 St. Joseph Avenue Dayton, Ohio 45422, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Tenant(s), and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Tenant(s),will take notice that on the 13th day of May, 2019, Russell M. Joseph, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2019 CV 2192, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Diablo Canyon Holdings Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D.
