Floyd, deceased, whose last known address was address unknown, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Spouse of Harry G. Floyd, deceased, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Spouse of Harry G. Floyd, deceased, will take notice that on the 12th day of October, 2018, Carolyn Rice, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed her Complaint in Case No. 2018 CV 4721, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Harry G. Floyd, deceased. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. R72 12508 0009. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 12th day of February, 2019 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
