Defendant Arturo Alvarensa Gonzalez whose last known address is 155 Monarch Lane, Dayton, Ohio 45449 will take notice that on July 13, 2022, Plaintiff Randy Tobin filed his Complaint for Personal Injuries in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio, Case No. 2022 CV 03102. This is a personal injury action in which Defendant negligently injured Plaintiff in a motorcycle collision on October 17, 2021 and is seeking relief for medical expenses and other damages in excess of $25,000.00.
