Bryant, whose last known address was 1946 Burbank Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45406 and 2019 Benson Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45406, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Janis H. Bryant and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Janis H. Bryant, Unknown Spouse of Janis H. Bryant, whose last known address was unknown, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Spouse of Janis H. Bryant and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Spouse of Janis H. Bryant, will take notice that on the 21st September, 2022, John McManus, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2022 CV 4315, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Janis H. Bryant. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. R72 07407 0024. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 14th day of January, 2023 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
