LEGAL NOTICE Melridge Properties LLC, whose last known address is P.O. Box 2552, Dayton, OH 45401, and John Doe, unknown majority shareholder of Melridge Properties LLC, whose last known address is P.O. Box 2552, Dayton, OH 45401 will take notice that on July 10, 2019, Plaintiff Tax Redevelopment, LLC filed its Complaint in Case No. 2019 CV 03187 in the Court of Common Pleas, Montgomery County, Ohio located at 41 N. Perry Street, Dayton, OH 45422-2150. Plaintiff alleges that it is the holder of certain delinquent real estate tax lien(s) on the property known as 100-102 Boltin St, Dayton, OH 45403 and identified as Montgomery County Auditor's Parcel Number R72 02104 0051, 52 (the "Property") and that as of July 10, 2019, there is due and unpaid thereon the sum of $9,905.26, plus all accrued but unpaid interest while this case is pending, plus court costs, attorneys' fees, advances, and other charges as allowed by law. Plaintiff alleges that it is the holder of the first and best lien on the Property, that it has complied with all conditions precedent to filing this action, and that Plaintiff is entitled to have said lien(s) foreclosed and the Property sold. Plaintiff further alleges that each of the defendants may have or may claim to have an interest in the Property. Plaintiff's Complaint prays for the right to foreclose on the Property and that all parties be required to set forth their interest in the property or be forever barred from asserting a claim. Plaintiff therefore prays that the above listed defendants be required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint. The last date of Publication is September 25, 2019. The following defendants are required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication: (i) Melridge Properties LLC; and (ii) John Doe, unknown majority shareholder of Melridge Properties LLC.
