Charles Edmonds Realty, Inc. and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Michael Charles Edmonds Rlty, Inc. aka Michael Charles Edmonds Realty, Inc., will take notice that on the 5th August, 2022, John McManus, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2022 cv 3204, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Michael Charles Edmonds Rlty, Inc. aka Michael Charles Edmonds Realty, Inc. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D.
