Legal Notice of Complaint to Quiet Title to real property Amber S. Vanderpool, Co-Executor of the Estate of Robert Wilson, et al, -vs- Unknown Beneficiaries of the Robert Wilson and Wanda Lee Wilson Family Trust, et al., Case No. 20220497, Clark County Common Pleas Court, Probate Division. The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Robert Wilson, deceased or Wanda Wilson, deceased, and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, trustees, and assigns of the Robert Wilson and Wanda Wilson Family Trust, whose addresses are not known, and all persons who may claim an interest in the real property hereinafter described, will take notice that on September 21, 2022, Amber S. Vanderpool and Shannon N. Oberding, Co-Executors of the Estate of Robert Wilson, filed their Complaint in the Probate Court of Clark County, Ohio, 50 E Columbia St #515, Springfield, OH 45502, being Case No. 20220497 in such Court against all Defendants praying for judgment quieting title in the subject real estate in the names of Amber S. Vanderpool and Shannon N. Oberding, Co-Executors of the Estate of Robert Wilson for the following described premises: Situated in the Township of Moorefield, County of Clark, and State of Ohio, and further described as follows: Being Lot No. Two Thousand One Hundred Forty-Two (2142) as the same is numbered and designated on the Plat of Northridge Subdivision No. 22-C in said Township of Moorefield, a plat of which is recorded in Volume 15, Page 129 of the Plat Records of Clark County, Ohio. Street Address: 4367 Tacoma Street, Springfield, Ohio 45503 Parcel No. 2200300021313021 Each of the Defendants and any person claiming through or under them are required to answer the Complaint and set up any interest that they may have in such premises or be forever barred; that upon failure of each of the Defendants and any person claiming through or under them to set up their interest, if any, in the premises that an Order Quieting Title to the premises be issued finding the title and possession of the Robert Wilson and Wanda Lee Wilson Family Trust to be quieted against all of said Defendants and all persons claiming under them or any of them, and for such further relief to which Plaintiffs may be entitled. All Defendants will take notice that they are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice which will be published once each week for six successive weeks. In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
