Summers, Deceased and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Richard W. Summers aka Richard W. Summers, Deceased, will take notice that on the 17th February,2022, John McManus, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2022 CV 688, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Richard W. Summers aka Richard W. Summers, Deceased. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D.
