LEGAL NOTICE: Unknown heirs, devisees, or legatees, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns of Albert F. Steinhilber whose last place of residence is Address Unknown and whose present place of residence is Address Unknown will take notice that on January 19, 2023, Lade & Aquino, an Ohio General Partnership, Scott Lade, and Frank Aquino filed a Complaint in Case No. 23-016 in the Court of Common Pleas of Miami County, Ohio, 201 W. Main St.,Troy, OH 45373, alleging that the Defendants Unknown heirs, devisees, or legatees, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns of Albert F. Steinhilber may have claims or interests against the subject property of the above-referenced litigation and should therefore have any claimed interests extinguished by quieting title against them and in favor of Lade & Aquino, an Ohio General Partnership, Scott Lade, and Frank Aquino. Plaintiffs Lade & Aquino, an Ohio General Partnership, Scott Lade, and Frank Aquino demand judgment that (a) Plaintiffs' title to the Property be quieted as against Defendants Unknown heirs, devisees, or legatees, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns of Albert F. Steinhilber and all others claiming through or under them; and (b) that all Defendants be required to set up their interests, or be forever barred; and, (c) that Plaintiffs recover the costs of this action; and (d) that Plaintiffs be awarded any other legal and equitable relief to which Plaintiffs may be entitled and of which the Court may determine to be just and appropriate THE DEFENDANTS NAMED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER ON OR BEFORE THE 4th DAY OF APRIL, 2023 WHICH IS TWENTY-EIGHT DAYS AFTER THE PUBLICATION.
