Legal Notice Unknown Spouse of Amanda Florkey, whose last known address was unknown, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Spouse of Amanda Florkeyand the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Spouse of Amanda Florkey, Unknown Spouse of Jamie Loza, whose last known address was unknown, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Spouse of Jamie Lozaand the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Spouse of Jamie Loza, will take notice that on the 5th of January 2023, John McManus, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2023 CV 0053, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Amanda Florkey. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. R72 02411 0026. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 14th day of April, 2023 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
