Lindsey aka Deon Lindsey and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Spouse of Deon L. Lindsey aka Deon Lindsey, will take notice that on the 14th of January, 2022, John McManus, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2020 CV 00176, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Deon L. Lindsey aka Deon Lindsey. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D.
