Dillard and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Spouse of Deontae S. Dillard, will take notice that on the 24th day of March, 2023, John McManus, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2023 CV 01492, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Deontae S. Dillard. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D.
