McKinney, whose last known address was address unknown, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Spouse of Jason T. McKinney, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Spouse of Jason T. McKinney, will take notice that on the 6th day of August, 2018, Carolyn Rice, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed her Complaint in Case No. 2017 CV 3598, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against James V. Henry. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. R72 04504 0053. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 15th day of October, 2018 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
