Scott, Unknown Tenants, whose last known address was 622 Grafton Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45406, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Tenants and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Tenants, will take notice that on the 5th October, 2022, John McManus, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2022 CV 4537, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Latosha Lynn Scott. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. R72 06807 0056. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 13th day of January, 2023 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
