Legal Notice Unknown Spouse of Michael Shane Carswell, whose last known address was address unknown, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Spouse of Michael Shane Carswell, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Spouse of Michael Shane Carswell, will take notice that on the 1st day of July, 2019, Russell M. Joseph, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2019 CV 3037, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Michael Shane Carswell. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D.
