Welch a/k/a Steven C. Welch, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Spouse of Steve C. Welch a/k/a Steven C. Welch, will take notice that on the 3rd day of April, 2019, Russell M. Joseph, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2019 CV 1503, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Steve C. Welch a/k/a Steven C. Welch. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D.
