Billingsley, of Butler County, Ohio, have filed a Complaint against you in Butler County Common Pleas Court with damages for personal injury in an automobile accident, which occurred January 18, 2017 where in Brian Stoyko was the owner of the vehicle Robin Lynn Stoyko was driving when she crashed into the vehicle occupied by Aba J. Billingsley, et al causing their injuries. Aba J. Billingsley, is requesting damages in an amount in excess of $25,000.00 plus all other relief Plaintiff may be entitled to at law.
