Brown Burney whose present address and location is unknown, and whose last address was 203 Huron Avenue, Dayton, OH 45417; Alendre' Dionne Watson Brown McGhee, whose present address and location is unknown, and whose last address was 5721 Ericsson Avenue, Trotwood, OH 45436; and Phylecia Smith, aka Felicia Ann Bennet whose present address and location is unknown, and whose last address was 5520 Autumn Woods Drive, Apt. 3, Dayton, OH 45426 will hereby take notice that on May 2, 2019, The Church of the Living God Faith Temple (Entity No. 375482) and Elizabeth Lewis, as Trustee, Executive Committee Officer and for the Members/Congregation, filed their Complaint in the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court, being Case No. 2019-CV-01969 in said Court, against Scheherazade Joyce Elaine Watson Brown and other Defendants for quiet title regarding the following premises: Parcel I: Situate in the City of Dayton, in the County of Montgomery, and State of Ohio, and being Lot numbered Nineteen Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety-Three (19893) of the consecutive numbers of lots on the Revised Plat of the said City of Dayton, Ohio. Parcel II: Situated in the City of Dayton, in the County of Montgomery and State of Ohio, and being Lot Numbered 19894 of the consecutive numbers of lots on the revised Plat of said City of Dayton, Ohio Said property is commonly known as: 1800 West Riverview Drive, Dayton, OH 45402. Auditor's Parcel I.D. Nos.: R72 07604 0008 and R72-76-4-7 Parcel III: Situated in the City of Dayton, County of Montgomery and State of Ohio and being Lot Numbered Thirty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-Nine (39899) of the consecutive numbers of lots on the revised plat of the said City of Dayton, Ohio. Said property is commonly known as: 1801 West Riverview Drive, Dayton, OH 45402. Auditor's Parcel I.D. No.: R72-77-8-87. Plaintiff also has claimed for Declaratory Judgment and Damages against Defendants, including but not limited to those identified herein, under the identified case number.
