Columbia St., #515, Springfield, OH 45502 alleging that Rita L. Richards, Decedent, and the Heirs and Devisees of Rita L. Richards, Decedent are the owners of the premises known as 1355 S. Fountain Ave., Springfield, OH 45506, Parcel No. 3400700033111016; that said premises is a public nuisance; wherefore plaintiff demands that the premises located at 1355 S. Fountain Ave., Springfield, OH 45506 be declared a public nuisance, an injunction, that the defendants be made jointly and severally liable for the costs to plaintiff for abating the nuisance, a receiver be appointed, costs, attorney fees and such further equitable and other relief as the Court determines Plaintiff is entitled.
