Stahl, whose last known address is 1407 Southwind Drive, Mason, Ohio 45040 and whose place of residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained will take notice that on the 16th of October 2019, the Defendant, Lindsay K. Stahl nka Naef, filed a Motion for Contempt and Motion for Attorney Fees against him in the Court of Common Pleas, of Warren County, Ohio, Domestic Relations Division, being Case No.: 18DR40450, the docket of said Court, the object and prayer of said Contempt being Plaintiff follow the provisions of the parties Decree of Divorce journalized on November 19, 2018, and Magistrates Decision journalized on May 10, 2019. Plaintiff was required to remove Defendant's name from the Wright Patterson loan no later than June 16, 2019 per the Magistrates Decision. Plaintiff was further required to pay Defendant's attorney $325.00 in attorney fees. Plaintiff is required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of the Notice and said cause may be set for hearing on or after the 23rd day of March, 2020.
