Defendants CASE NO. 2018 CV 05805 JUDGE: MARY KATHERINE HUFFMAN LEGAL NOTICE FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATION To: Michael Jones you will take notice that on the 14th day of March, 2019, Plaintiff, filed a Supplemental Complaint for foreclosure in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, 41 North Perry Street, Dayton, OH 45402-1431, being Case No. 2018 CV 05805, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $16,255.69, plus interest at 12% per annum from May 1, 2018, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a Retail Installment Loan Contract secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 1418 Steiner, Dayton, OH 45408, being permanent parcel number Parcel Number R72 10403A0037. Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Retail Installment Loan Contract, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute. Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
