SHERIFF'S SALE Case Number: 22CV095603 VILLAGE OF MAINEVILLE vs. MICHAEL BURCHWELL, ET AL By virtue of an Order of Sale, duly executed from said Court in the above stated case, and to me directed, I will offer for sale, by way of public auction, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153, online @ https://warren.sheriffsaleauction.ohio. gov on Monday, the 5th day of June, 2023, at 8:30 a.m. on said day, the following described real estate, to-wit: Parcel No. 16-04-456-007 (0.32 acre) Exhibit A Situated in VMS 1548, Hamilton Twp., the Village of Maineville, Warren County, Ohio, and being a part of Lot No. 6 of Moses Tufts Addition to said Village as the same appears of record in Plat Book 1 at pages 87-89 in the Office of the Recorder of said county, more particularly bounded and described as follows: Beginning at an iron rod in the east line of Sycamore Street, said beginning point bears N. 3° 28' E. 257.74 feet from a stake at the southwest corner of said Lot No. 6 and the intersection of the east line of Sycamore Street and the north line of the Foster and Maineville Pike; running thence by new division lines (1) S. 84° 20' E. 116.5 feet to an iron rod (2) N. 3° 28' E. 120.5 feet to an iron rod (3) N. 84° 20' W. 116.5 feet to an iron rod in the east line of Sycamore Street; thence with the east line of said street S. 3° 28' W. 120.5 feet to the place of beginning, containing thirty-two hundredths (0.32) of an acre.
