ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS GREENCREST LIFT STATION WETWELL REHABILITATION ITB No. BCWS 25-B4 BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS BUTLER COUNTY, OHIO GOVERNMENT SERVICES CENTER 315 HIGH STREET HAMILTON, OHIO 45011 Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Board of County Commissioners Butler County, Ohio, on the 6th Floor of the Government Services Center, 315 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio, until 10:30 a.m. local time on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, and will be opened and read aloud at 10:45 a.m. or shortly thereafter in the Commissioners' Chambers on the 2nd Floor. The Contract involves furnishing all labor and materials required to perform complete rehabilitation of wetwell concrete surfaces and replacement of discharge piping at Greencrest Lift Station. Each bid must contain the full name and street address of the Bidder, a signed Non­Collusion Affidavit, a signed Personal Property Tax Affidavit, and a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bids shall be sealed and shall be clearly marked on the outside of the package "BIDS FOR GREENCREST LIFT STATION WETWELL REHABILITATION FOR THE WATER AND SEWER DEPARTMENT." Failure to submit bids in conformance with the Contract Documents will result in the rejection of the bid as non-responsive. The right is reserved by the County to reject any or all Bids, to waive formalities, to accept the lowest and best Bid, and to hold Bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening for evaluating both the Bids and Bidders.
