CITY OF SPRINGBORO ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the City Engineer 320 West Central Avenue, Springboro Ohio 45066 until 12:00pm, local time, on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project known as "Austin Place West Tech Road Extension Phase 3" and at said time publicly opened and read aloud. The proposed work contains, but is not limited to, the following major items: 1. Excavation 58,600 C.Y. 2. Subgrade Compaction 2,765 S.Y. 3. ODOT Item 448, Asphalt Concrete Surface Course, Type 1, PG 64-22 3,204 S.Y. 4. ODOT Type 2 Concrete Curb & Gutter 1,088 L.F. 5. 8" DIP CL 52 Water Main/V-Bio Polywrap w/Tracer Wire 355 L.F. Bid documents are available in the Office of the City Engineer, 320 West Central Avenue, Springboro Ohio 45066. Bid documents must be purchased from the Office of the City Engineer for a payment of $50.00 per set, none of which will be refunded.
