Defendants Unknown Spouse, if any, of Elgin Ray and Unknown Spouse if any of Mirean Elaine Ray, whose places of residence are unknown and whom cannot be served within the State of Ohio, will take notice that on December 16, 2025, Quincy Judkins and Paul Vaughn filed a Complaint as Plaintiff in the Court of Common Pleas of Dayton County, Ohio, in Case No. 2025 CV 06779 against the above named Defendants alleging that the above named Defendants may have or may claim to have an interest in the real property located at 603-607 Anna Street, Dayton, Ohio 45439. The real property is more specifically described as follows: PARCEL NUMBER R72-12104-0019; LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Situated in the City of Dayton, County of Montgomery, State of Ohio and being Lot Number Sixty-Five Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Nine (65969) in the consecutive numbers of lots on the revised plat of the said City of Dayton, Ohio. Defendants Unknown Spouse, if any, of Elgin Ray and Unknown Spouse if any of Mirean Elaine Ray may have or may claim to have an interest in the above referenced property. Plaintiff seeks a finding from the Court declaring the title to the above described real property to be quieted as to the interests of the above named Defendants and in favor of Quincy Judkins and Paul Vaughn; an order requiring all defendants to set up their interests in the above described real property or be forever barred from asserting such interests and granting Plaintiffs all other relief, legal and equitable, as may be proper and necessary.
