Case No. 2025 CV 0851, Lorena Suttles vs. Unknown Spouse, if any, of Christianne Heckle aka Christianne C. Heckle, et al. Defendants Unknown Spouse, if any, of Christianne Heckle aka Christianne C. Heckle and Unknown Spouse, if any, of David Stiles aka David S. Stiles, whose places of residence are unknown and whom cannot be served within the State of Ohio, will take notice that on September 30, 2025, Lorena Suttles filed a Complaint as Plaintiff in the Court of Common Pleas of Springfield County, Ohio, in Case No. 2025 CV 0851 against the above named Defendants alleging that the above named Defendants may have or may claim to have an interest in the real property located at 920 Elder Street, Springfield, Ohio 45505. The real property is more specifically described as follows: PARCEL NUMBER 3400700028309018; LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Situate in the State of Ohio, County of Clark, City of Springfield and being Lot Numbered Three Thousand Four Hundred Eight (3408) of the Pringle and Johnson's Addition as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 1, of the Plat Records of Clark County, Ohio. Defendants Unknown Spouse, if any, of Christianne Heckle aka Christianne C. Heckle and Unknown Spouse, if any, of David Stiles aka David S. Stiles may have or may claim to have an interest in the above referenced property. Plaintiff seeks a finding from the Court declaring the title to the above described real property to be quieted as to the interests of the above named Defendants and in favor of Lorena Suttles, an order requiring all defendants to set up their interests in the above described real property or be forever barred from asserting such interests and granting Plaintiff all other relief, legal and equitable, as may be proper and necessary.
