The estimated cost of construction is: Northmont MS/HS Campus: $179,608 Northmoor Elementary School: $101,972 Alternate G-1: Crack fill and seal at Northmoor: $5,329 Alternate G-2: Paint bollards at Northmoor: $900 Alternate G-3: Dumpster pad at Northmoor: $22,320 Alternate G-4: Band Practice Area at the High School: $10,571 Alternate G-5: Signage and bollards at High School campus: $39,000 Bids may be mailed or delivered in person to the Director of Business Services, Brandon Knecht, at Northmont City School District, 1150 W. A bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in accordance with Chapter 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code in the amount of 100 percent of the total bid shall accompany each bid, or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code in the amount of 10 percent of the total bid shall accompany each bid. The successful bidder(s) will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond for one hundred (100%) of the contract price. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject each and every bid, and to waive informalities and errors in bidding to the extent permitted by law.
