Legal Notice 1200-41 Notice is hereby given that the Dayton City Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the hearing can begin. The hearing will be held in the City Commission Chambers on the Second Floor of City Hall, 101 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio. The subject of the hearing is the following: Official Zoning Map Amendment Case: PLN2025-00111 A zoning map amendment to apply a Planned Development and Final Plan for a car wash in the existing structure at 1158 Wilmington Ave. in the Belmont planning district, zoned ENC Eclectic Neighborhood Commercial. There is an existing Planned Development, PD-087, that accommodated the former Rite Aid, which would be removed. The proposed Official Zoning Map Amendment is available for public inspection in the Office of the City Commission and with the Secretary to the City Plan Board.
