LEGAL NOTICE NO 672 CITY OF MIAMISBURG 2026 SIDEWALK, CURB & GUTTER PROGRAM Bids will be received via the Bid Express website (www.bidexpress.com) until February 17, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. (deadline) for the 2026 Sidewalk, Curb & Gutter Program. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 1:00 P.M. on February 17, 2026. Work includes: Removal and replacement of deteriorated sidewalk, curb and gutter and drive aprons. Bids can only be submitted through the Bid Express website. Bid specifications and plans are only available through Bid Express website. Each Bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. The owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than September 25, 2026. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Montgomery County, Ohio, as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce. The City of Miamisburg, Ohio reserves the right to reject any and all bids to waive any informalities or irregularities, and further, reserves the right to accept any bids or parts of bids which it deems to best serve the interest of the City of Miamisburg, Ohio.
