LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners, Clark County, Ohio, will hold a Public Hearing on the 17th day of December, 2025, at approximately 10:00 a.m. in the Commission Chambers, Room 151 located at the Springview Government Center, 3130 East Main Street, Springfield, Ohio 45503. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the petition of Theresa Siejack (Mark Scholl) to rezone approximately 12.04 acres located in Moorefield Township from PD-M (Planned Development Mixed-Use) to MU-2 (Mixed Use, High Intensity) to create two parcels to be used for a restaurant / banquet hall, guest lodging, treehouse guest accommodations, a single-family home, and similar uses. The Zoning Map for Moorefield Township and the present zoning regulations pertaining thereto may be examined at the Community & Economic Development Department, 3130 East Main Street, Suite 1A, Springfield, Ohio 45503, during regular business hours.
