The electronic bids can only be submitted through Bid Express and must be electronically endorsed by the Bidder. Bidders must comply with both state and federal prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Butler County and the City of Hamilton, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, (614) 644-2239 and the U.S. Department of Labor. The federal prevailing wages supersedes the state prevailing wages on this project.
