LEGAL NOTICE The Northeastern Local School District is soliciting statements of qualifications for Construction Manager at Risk services in relation to the District's 'District Wide Improvements Project.' The project is anticipated to include the following scopes: - Kenton Ridge Interior Alterations. 5,000 sf interior alteration inclusive of new classrooms, CTE lab, multipurpose space, and sensory room. - New Bus Garage, Parking & Drainage Improvements. New bus garage at the Northeastern HS stadium/ district transportation site, inclusive of parking, paving and drainage improvements. Respondents should have experience in the Construction Manager-at-Risk delivery model and Ohio public construction.
